Join the BladeRunner team as a Business Development Intern for the summer!
BladeRunner Energy is a clean energy start-up company with offices in Bend, OR and Nijmegen, the Netherlands. BladeRunner is bringing to market a biomimicry-based micro-hydro technology which will help to bring clean, affordable hydro power to remote communities across the globe.
For the summer, BladeRunner is offering an internship position for a business student who is interested in the development of a renewable energy company and can support in market development activities in the Pacific Northwest.
The primary project the Business Development Intern will focus on in Summer 2019 is a study of deployment opportunities in irrigation canals in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
You will be working right alongside the key leadership at BladeRunner who will support in enhancing your skills and experience. Your direct report will be operating from overseas so it will be important you can work independently, remote and are available for virtual meetings throughout the summer.
We anticipate a 10-12-week assignment. The position is full-time but we value deliverables over timesheets. You will have the freedom to direct your own schedule and time-off but we do expect you to deliver the full scope of your assignment.
This position will be compensated, based on a paid hourly wage.
